"My love
of sculpture began in my Dad's carpentry shop.
Experiencing the beauty of wood and creating
in this natural material eventually became
prerequisite to carving stone. I've always
been attracted to the artist who has the ability
to make natural materials come alive with
hammer and chisel. Uncovering what has always
been inside is the challenge that moves me
step-by-step to the ultimate purpose of evoking
through sculpture an emotion or spirit that
others can relate to."
"Although stone is my first love, I also
enjoy sculpting in bronze, wood and terra
cotta."
Jeff began college as a music major, but received
