Chris Navarro continues his work in bronze, but his aspirations have become larger than life- monumental actually. Since 1993 he has been specializing in large outdoor monumental sculpture.

"Monuments are time comsuming efforts. The take months and months to design and create, but the personal satisfaction completion brings is very rewarding. To know they will be standing in the sun long after I'm gone for future generations to experience and enjoy is thrilling. Sculpting is what I do for a living, but I don't ever plan on retiring. I've found something I really love to do and I hope people can see that through the work I've done. Because when I finish a scuplture, it becaomes part of me."
